To apply for housing, follow these easy steps:
Locate your USERID.
This is a permanent and unique identifier that will be used every day to access the Clemson computer network. You can find your USERID in the letter sent to your parent(s) or guardian(s) which included the complimentary cards.
Login to the online Housing Application.
This official login will require you to enter your USERID along with the last four digits of your Social Security number (as your initial password).
Apply for campus housing.
Once you have your USERID and have changed your password, you may apply for housing using the online application. You will also sign your contract (lease agreement), pay your $100 non-refundable application fee, and submit your location and roommate preferences. Just follow the simple on-screen instructions to complete and submit your housing application. All applications must be submitted by May 1.
Update/change any of your preferences.
After you have applied for housing, you may revisit any time until June 1 to make changes.
All new students should review the advice section for helpful information before applying, or the Application FAQ if you have further questions.
