Area Features

  • Each unit has a private bath with a tub/shower combination.
  • The apartment units have kitchenettes.
  • There are laundry facilities located on the lower level.
  • The rooms are carpeted, and microwaves can be used in the apartment units only.
  • The nearest dining hall is located on the first floor.
  • Clemson House also has a barber shop, meeting rooms and a ballroom.

  • No alcoholic beverages are permitted in University Housing facilities.
  • Smoking is NOT permitted in any University Housing facility.
  • Outside lofts (purchased, rented or constructed) are not permitted, as the bed frames provided allow lofting, bunking or raising the bed to a captain's height.

Rental Rates

Rental rates will be calculated on a daily basis. Students will be charged the per diem rate listed below for the room type and number of days indicated by the Move In and Move Out date specified on the student's contract.

Per Diem/Per Day

Clemson House (all room types):  $19.00

Apartment:  $24.00

Charges for Summer School Housing will not appear on your university bill until the assignment is finalized.  You may pay for your tuition and other fees earlier and follow up with payment for Housing once it appears on your bill. If you are applying for Summer I & II or Long Summer housing, the charges will be split between your Summer I and Summer II bills.
