Selection of Top Entries
A panel of judges will select the best entries from all rooms entered.
Selection of Grand Prize Winner
The "Best Room on Campus" grand prize winner will be selected by you. Each on-campus resident will have an opportunity to vote online. The room that receives the highest number of votes will be named the "Best Room on Campus".
Dates to Remember
- October 5-9: Entries may be submitted online.
- October 14-16: Judge's selection process.
- October 19-23: On-campus vote for winners.
- Week of October 26: Winners announced.
Rules
- Participants must be willing to be featured in pictures of the room (a campus photographer will take the photos that will be used in Housing publications).
- No illegal objects/substances/setups allowed in your room.
- No digital editing or computerized tampering with pictures.
- Five pictures maximum.
- Participants cannot have a prior Housing Infraction or University Disciplinary Sanction.
