Check-In Information
The graduating student is the ONLY person permitted to pick up the room keys at check-in and must show their CU ID and a valid credit card. This policy is a security measure to ensure your safety, so please plan ahead and coordinate with your student as we are unable to make any exceptions. A credit card form must be completed at check-in, but it will not be charged unless there are keys and FOBs not returned by the 12:00 pm deadline on May 12th. The charge for a lost key and/or FOB is $50.00. To minimize costs, please be sure to return all keys and FOBs by the deadline.
Graduating students may pick up keys and access FOBs between 2:00pm-11:00pm on Thursday, May 10, 2012 at the front desks of Stadium Suites or McCabe residence halls, depending on the reservation of your guests. They can choose to meet their guests in the lobby of the building to distribute the room keys and FOBs or they can meet them elsewhere on campus. Again, for security purposes, only the graduating student will be allowed to pick up the keys from the front desk staff.
Check-Out Information
Keys and access FOBs may be returned by the student or any of his or her guests.
All keys and access FOBs must be returned to the front desk, of the residence hall where the guests were accomodated, before 12:00 pm on Saturday, May 12, 2012. Please do not leave the keys or FOBs in the room.
Check-out must takes place at the front desk where guests checked in. The front desks will be open between 7:00a.m. - 11:00p.m. on Friday and keys and access FOBs may be returned at any time during those hours and before 12:00 pm on Saturday, May 12, 2012.
Additional fees will be assessed for guests who do not depart by May 12, 2012 at 12:00 pm, or for any keys and access FOBs reported lost or missing. Keys and access FOBs not returned by 12:00 pm on Saturday, May 12, 2012 are considered lost.
