General Information
Housing Summer Programs is pleased to offer convenient on-campus housing for guests attending graduation exercises. Rooms are available for families and friends of graduating students from Thursday, May 10 to Saturday, May 12, 2012. All graduating students are eligible for and may take advantage of this service.
Pricing
Housing Summer Programs will be offering a two-night package for $250.00 for a four-person suite. You may check in beginning Thursday at 2:00 p.m. and check out on Saturday by 12:00 pm. No discounts will be made for those who do not stay 2 nights.
This package includes:
- Two nights stay in the Stadium Suites or McCabe residence hall
- Linen packet that includes one set of sheets, one pillow, one lightweight blanket, two towels and one washcloth for each guest
- Friday morning breakfast buffet for four guests
- Special parking privileges close to the residence halls
Please remember this is a college residence, not a hotel suite, so the following items listed below will not be available in the rooms. Please plan accordingly!!

- Iron/Ironing Board
- Toiletries - shampoo, toothpaste,etc.
- TV
The reservation deadline is April 15, 2012. Reservations for Graduation Weekend Packages must be completed by the graduating senior.
The online registration link is available on the reservation page. Credit card payments must be completed with the submission of the online reservation form. For those paying by check, the student must complete the online registration form and submit the check by mail and postmarked no later than two weeks from the reservation submission date in order to confirm the reservation.
Parking
Special parking is available, located conveniently behind the Stadium Suites residence hall, in parking lot E-4. This lot is located at the corner of South Palmetto Blvd. and Williamson Rd. Special parking hangtags will be distributed to the graduating senior when picking up the room keys. The hangtag must hang from the guest's car's rear view mirror while parked in this parking lot. Parking is available in this lot on a first come, first serve basis.
Breakfast Buffet
Housing Summer Programs is offering a full-breakfast buffet for each registered guest on Friday morning starting at 7:00 am. This will be available in Harcombe Dining Hall.
Each reserved suite receives four breakfast tickets. If a guest would like to purchase additional breakfast tickets, the graduating student may do so on the online registration form.
