Reservations must be made by the graduating student through the online registration link at the bottom of this page.
Payment by credit card is due in full at the time the reservation is made in the online form. For those paying by check, the student must complete the online registration form and the check must be postmarked no later than two weeks after the online registration form is completed. Payments may be mailed to Housing Summer Programs, University Housing, Box 344075, Clemson University, Clemson, SC 29634-4075.
Graduation Housing reservations are available as long as rooms last or no later than 4:30 pm on April 15, 2012. After this time, we cannot guarantee accommodations will be available, and a late fee will apply.
If you need to add/remove/change a guest to your party, the graduating student must go to the online registration link to make changes. If the changes are submitted after the deadline, a late fee will apply for the additional guests.
Please note that all cancellations, including removal of individual guests from a reservation, must be made in the online reservation form. All cancellations will be assessed a $50.00 per four-person suite reserved. Cancellations made before April 15, 2012 will be eligible for partial refund. Cancellations made after this date will not be eligible for any refund.
