Rates and Contracts
The rental rates below are for the 2011-2012 academic year, and have been approved by the Board of Trustees. These rates are provided only as a guide for general planning. In accordance with South Carolina law, "Fees applicable to housing rental...shall be sufficient to cover the costs of providing such facilities and services." Accordingly, rates may be adjusted to satisfy this requirement.

*The rates listed are per student assigned to a room, suite or apartment. The Housing contract is for a full academic year (both fall and spring semesters). Therefore, the annual rate is listed. However, the fees are paid per semester along with the academic fees on the student's consolidated bill. The per-semester charge is shown in parenthesis.
