Rates and Contracts

The rental rate reflected is for the 2009-2010 academic year (pending Board of Trustee approval) and is provided only as a guide for general planning. In accordance with South Carolina law, "Fees applicable to housing rental...shall be sufficient to cover the costs of providing such facilities and services." Accordingly, rates may be adjusted to satisfy this requirement.

*The rates listed are per student assigned to a room, suite or apartment. The Housing contract is for a full academic year (both fall and spring semesters). Therefore, the annual rate is listed. However, the fees are paid per semester along with the academic fees on the student's consolidated bill. The per-semester charge is shown in parenthesis.

Housing Contracts

2009-2010 New and Transfer Student Housing Contract
The terms and conditions of this contract apply to new and transfer students living in University Housing for the 2009-2010 academic year.

2009-2010 Continuing and Former Student Returning Contract
The terms and conditions of this contract apply to continuing students living in University Housing for the 2009-2010 academic year.

2009-2010 Fraternity and Sorority Housing Contract
The terms and conditions of this contract apply to students living in Fraternity or Sorority housing for the 2009-2010 academic year.
