Respect for the Court

Please arrive to your scheduled court date early, prepared and wearing appropriate attire. Hats should be removed before entering the court room. Your cell phone must be turned off or placed on vibrate or silent mode when in the court room pursuant to Supreme Court Order. Book bags will not be allowed in the courtroom.

When your case is called, go to the front of the courtroom. The judge will guide you through the process if you are not familiar with court proceedings. You will be treated fairly and with respect. We expect the same from defendants. Please be quiet and patient as we hear the cases that may be called before yours.
