REMEMBER: WRIGHT EXPRESS HAS A 24HR/7 DAY/WEEK CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER (1-800-492-0669). THEY CAN HELP YOU OBTAIN ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE AFTER HOURS OR GUIDE YOU TO A PARTICIPATING WEX MAINTANCE FACILITY IN YOUR AREA. Please note: In the state of South Carolina, you may also use State Fleet's Commercial Vendor Repair Program at 1-800-277-3686 to obtain emergency repairs or roadside assistance.
Some service stations now ask for the Vehicle ID Number in addition to the driver's PIN Number. This number is located immediately above the abbreviated word "UNIV" on the card. Although the number has a hyphen, when entering the number at the gas pump, do NOT include the hyphen.
There is an administrative fee of $.08/gallon levied by State Fleet and a $.50 administrative fee for each purchase levied by Clemson University Transportation Services.
