Research interests include social media/social CRM usage in business-to-business and consumer sales, professional selling education, recruitment and selection of salespeople, social and professional networking usage in business-to-business and consumer sales, atmospherics in sport marketing and advertising, prestige shopping behaviors, marketing influences on consumer socialization, and others.
