Registration/Cancellation Policy:
Save $50 for early-registration if received by May 25, 2012 (automatically applied). If cancellation occurs between May 26 and June 20, 2012, a $50 cancellation fee per registration will apply. If cancellation occurs between June 21 and July 10, 2012, a $100 cancellation fee per registration will apply. No refunds will be issued after July 10, 2012. Any reservation received on or after June 21, 2012 is considered late and will only be accepted based on room availability.
