SpiroSpiro Institute for Entrepreneurial Leadership

The mission of the Arthur M. Spiro Institute for Entrepreneurial Leadership is to support educational, research and outreach programs that promote entrepreneurial activity and economic development of the region, state and nation. The focus is on wealth creation through entrepreneurial activity.

Small Business Development Center

SBDC offers a variety of services and management training courses tailored to meet the needs of small- and medium-sized businesses. Consultants at each site provide management and technical assistance to those wishing to start or expand an enterprise.

Strom Thurmond Institute of Government & Public Affairs

The institute conducts applied research and service in public policy areas at the local, regional, state and national levels. Through both informal and formal educational programs, the institute also enhances awareness of current public policy issues on the Clemson campus and throughout the state. The institute sponsors research and public service programs to enhance civic awareness of public policy issues and improve the quality of national, state and local government.
