ProfileRenée J. Hebert has 12 years professional higher education experience and currently oversees the ares of professional development, career coaching, domestic and international internships, employer relations, international programs and mentoring, in addition to, teaching business 101 classes. Renée came to Clemson from the University of North Texas where she served UNT as Assistant Director, Student Life, adjunct instructor and most recently Director of the Professional Leadership Program in the College of Business. Prior to her 9 years of service at UNT, Renée worked for her alma mater as Coordinator of Student Life. Her experience is vast having worked with fraternity/sorority life, leadership programs, parent orientation, judicial affairs, corporate/employer development, recruiting and public relations. She is also a certified career coach. Professionally, Renée is a member of the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) and is a member of the Clemson and Greenville Chambers of Commerce. Hailing from Louisiana, Renée attended the University of Louisiana at Monroe where she earned her B.A., Psychology and her M.Ed., Counseling. Renée volunteers with and supports many causes; with the Arthritis Foundation and Alpha Omicron Pi Fraternity being her most cherished. She serves her international fraternity as a Network Specialist‐Recruitment; was a founding member of the North Dallas Chamber of Commerce Young Professionals; and was elected to the North Dallas Arthritis Foundation Board. Renée has been honored as a Greek Supporter of the Year, Staff Member of the Year, Woman Making History and received the prestigious UNT Staff Contribution Award. A contributor to student success, Renée, also enjoys event planning, traveling and college sports (Go Tigers!).
