The mission of Customer Service and Personal Computing (CSPC) is to anticipate and provide service for the computing needs of the University community by offering a professionally staffed, highly skilled Personal Computing Customer Service center. This mission includes leading by example in the implementation of best practices, automation, and state-of-the-industry methods in the areas of desktop, laptop and printer support. As such, we take our responsibilities in helping the University meet its goals seriously and will compliment those goals with excellent customer service.
CSPC is organized into the following groups to accomplish this mission.
CSPC is governed by faculty and staff input through the Education Technology Council and by student input through the Student Advisory Council

Your one-stop-shop for IT Help. The CCIT Support Center is located on the 2nd floor of the Cooper Library. The Help Desk can assist you with your IT needs for your laptop, hardware and software problems, username and resetting passwords. PC Repair, which provides hardware repairs for University owned computers and printers, while also offering service to students and off-campus clients as well is located in the Support Center. Printing services, including large format plots, are available for pick up at the Support Center.
