Clemson User ID (CUID)

This service is available to all Clemson University faculty, staff, graduate students, and undergraduate students.

Service Description

As a new faculty, staff, or student. you receive a Clemson User ID (CUID) which is a set of credentials that provides access to various electronic resources provided by the university. Examples of these resources are e-mail, file space, web space, employee self service, etc.

Request for Service

Your Clemson User ID is automatically provisioned with your employment or academic career at Clemson University.

Service Charges

There are no costs associated with this service offering.

Service Availability

This service is available 24/7 except for scheduled downtimes.

Services that require unavailability will be coordinated and announced through the Change Management Web site at http://www.clemson.edu/ccit/help_support/cm/.

This service is available to all Clemson University faculty, staff, graduate students, and undergraduate students.

Getting Help

The CCIT Service Desk is open at the following times during the academic schedule, excluding Clemson University and national holidays, for telephone calls and walk-in traffic. Clemson University operates on an academic calendar.
