Mainframe Billing Rates

This service is available to all Clemson University faculty, faculty collaborators, staff, authorized staff, graduate students, undergraduate students, and external customers.

Service Description

CCIT provides services on a fee per use basis for utilization of the CU mainframe, and corresponding system administrator staff.

Request for Service

Since Billing Rates are not a direct service, users will be billed automatically based on the other services used.

Service Availability

This service is available 24/7 except for scheduled downtimes.

Services that require unavailability will be coordinated and announced through the Change Management Web site at http://www.clemson.edu/ccit/change.

Getting Help

The CCIT Service Desk is open at the following times during the academic schedule, excluding Clemson University and national holidays, for telephone calls and walk-in traffic. Clemson University operates on an academic calendar.

Incidents or requests submitted via email to ITHELP@clemson.edu can be sent 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and will be processed the next business day.
