Software Repository

This service is available to all Clemson University faculty, faculty collaborators, staff, authorized staff, graduate students, and undergraduate students.

Service Description

The Software Repository includes links to licensing and sales information, as well as current software recommendations for employees and students.

The Applications section refers to those departments, enterprise applications, and data management systems maintained by CCIT, including Medicaid Services, CUBS, and OnBase.

Request for Service

This service is available online at http://www.clemson.edu/ccit/software_applications/index.html

Specific service requests can by initiated by sending email to licensing@clemson.edu.

Service Charges

Some of the software provided in the Software Repository is available at no cost, but depending on the specific software, you may be required to purchase a license to use a specific product.

Service Availability

This service is available 24/7 except for scheduled downtimes.

Services that require unavailability will be coordinated and announced through the Change Management Web site at http://www.clemson.edu/ccit/change.

Getting Help

The CCIT Service Desk is open at the following times during the academic schedule, excluding Clemson University and national holidays, for telephone calls and walk-in traffic. Clemson University operates on an academic calendar.

Incidents or requests submitted via email to ITHELP@clemson.edu can be sent 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and will be processed the next business day.
