IP Addressing and Managing

This service is available to all Clemson University faculty, staff, graduate students, and undergraduate students.

Service Description

An IP address (Internet Protocol address) is a unique address that certain electronic devices use in order to identify and communicate with each other on a computer network utilizing the Internet Protocol standard (IP)

Request for Service

Service requests can be initiated by e-maling ithelp@clemson.edu.

There are currently no costs associated with this service offering.

Service Availability

This service is available 24/7 except for scheduled downtimes.

Services that require unavailability will be coordinated and announced through the Change Management Web site at http://www.clemson.edu/ccit/help_support/cm/.
