Network Operation Center (NOC)

This service is available to all Clemson University authorized staff.

Service Description

Located at the Information Technology Center, at the Clemson University Advanced Materials Center, CCIT's Network Operations Center (NOC) uses cutting edge technology, equipment, and monitoring tools to proactively monitor the network infrastructure for campus and external networks.

The NOC also provides the following services in relation to our networks:

- Problem Management

- Network Availability

- Documentation

There are currently no costs associated with this service offering.

Service Availability

This service is available 365, 24/7 except for scheduled downtimes.

Getting Help

The CCIT Service Desk is open at the following times during the academic schedule, excluding Clemson University and national holidays, for telephone calls and walk-in traffic. Clemson University operates on an academic calendar.
