Service Description

Technical Training

CCIT provides opportunities for College Consultants and TSPs to develop computing skills through TSP Classes. As a College Consultant or TSP, CCIT technical training creates courses directed at IT professionals and support staff. TSP courses feature hands-on exercises with real-world experience or information shares, are available at variable skill levels from basic to advanced.

Technical Support Program (TSP)

The TSP Program is a CCIT sponsored program for campus IT and support professionals, providing an avenue for announcements, information sharing and to address IT needs. The TSP Program focuses on a collaborative community among those providing technical support across campus.

Consulting

Service provides skilled consultants offering consulting for computer technical support. Consulting staff can assist on-site or at the CCIT Service Desk located at L2 University Union.

Service Charges

There are no costs associated with this service offering.

Service Availability

During normal business hours of 8:00 - 4:30 p.m., Monday - Friday.

This service is available to all Clemson University faculty and staff.

Getting Help

The CCIT Service Desk is open at the following times during the academic schedule, excluding Clemson University and national holidays, for telephone calls and walk-in traffic. Clemson University operates on an academic calendar.
