Hardware Repair

This service is available to all Clemson University faculty, staff, graduate students, and undergraduate students.

Service Description

CCIT offers hardware repair services with A+ and CompTIA certified technicians and is an authorized service center for Apple, IBM, Dell and HP products. The main focus is providing hardware repair services for University owned computers and printers. However, we also offer service to students and off-campus clients.

Hardware Repair offers a number of service options with various costs associated. For more information, please e-mail ITHELP@clemson.edu.

Service Availability

Hardware Repair is located in L02 University Union, and available:

Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.



This service is available to all Clemson University faculty, staff, graduate students, and undergraduate students.

Getting Help

The CCIT Service Desk is open at the following times during the academic schedule, excluding Clemson University and national holidays, for telephone calls and walk-in traffic. Clemson University operates on an academic calendar.

Incidents or requests submitted via email to ITHELP@clemson.edu can be sent 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and will be processed the next business day.
