Exchange E-mail & Calendaring

This service is available to all Clemson University faculty and staff.

Service Description

Exchange accounts provide email, calendaring and scheduling, and other administrative activities (contact lists, to-do lists, tasks, etc.) for faculty and staff. Microsoft Outlook or Entourage email desktop clients are recommended for access to Exchange accounts; Outlook and Entourage supports all of the services available via Exchange. Outlook Web Access (xMail) also provides a web-based interface for access to your Exchange account. In future versions, we will be supporting BlackBerry Enterprise Server (BES) and ActiveSync allowing various wireless personal digital assistants (PDA) to connect to Exchange.

This service is available 24/7 except for scheduled downtimes.

The CCIT Service Desk is open at the following times during the academic schedule, excluding Clemson University and national holidays, for telephone calls and walk-in traffic. Clemson University operates on an academic calendar.
