Xmail - Outlook Web Access (OWA)

This service is available to all Clemson University faculty and staff.

Service Description

Xmail (also called Outlook Web Access -OWA) is a web based interface to the Exchange server for use by faculty and staff that provides a seamless interface for email, calendaring and contacts. Exchange is the fully-supported messaging server for employees.

Request for Service

Faculty and staff with an Exchange e-mail account can access Xmail - Outlook Web Access (OWA) by going to - http://xmail.clemson.edu/

If you do not already have an Exchange account, please go to ithelp.clemson.edu or e-mail ithelp@clemson.edu

Service Charges

This service is centrally funded and offered at no charge.

Service Availability

This service is available 24/7 except for scheduled downtimes.

Services that require unavailability will be coordinated and announced through the Change Management Web site at http://www.clemson.edu/ccit/help_support/cm/.

This service is available to all Clemson University faculty and staff.

Getting Help

The CCIT Service Desk is open at the following times during the academic schedule, excluding Clemson University and national holidays, for telephone calls and walk-in traffic. Clemson University operates on an academic calendar.

Incidents or requests submitted via email to ITHELP@clemson.edu can be sent 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and will be processed the next business day.
