Service Desk (Help Desk)

This service is available to all Clemson University faculty, staff, graduate students, and undergraduate students.

Service Description

CCIT Service Desk services include assistance with software-related questions and problem reporting, helping with file transfers and networking, resetting passwords, accessing MyCLE resources, canceling computer sessions, helping with email, aiding in file conversion, and checking and removing software viruses.

NOTE: Faculty, staff, and students requiring assistance from the Service Desk with password resets will need to have a picture ID.

Walk-in Service: The CCIT Service Desk is located in L02 University Union, underneath Harcombe Dining Hall
