I am a new employee to CCIT.  What resources are available through the OE department to acclimate me to Clemson University and CCIT?
The onboarding process is designed to assist new employees in this transition.  An onboarding packet will be provided to all new employees of CCIT.

What is onboarding?
The goal of onboarding is to provide new employees with the tools, resources and support they need to reach full productivity as soon as possible. 

What is the onboarding packet?
The onboarding packet is a folder of useful information which is given to all new permanent hires.  The packet contains the following:

When will I receive my onboarding packet?
When a new hire visits CCIT HR, he/she will be given the onboarding packet.

The New Hire Checklist is designed to assist the hiring manager in the onboarding process.
