Conference Objectives:

  • Establish dialogue and build alliances among Clemson University faculty, researchers, IT support staff, research administrators and information technology (cyberinfrastructure) providers
  • Enhance understanding of cyberinfrastructure gaps, resources and opportunities;
  • Engage all academic disciplines and begin a planning process for an integrated technology infrastructure roadmap in support of Clemson’s academic plan.
  • Collaborate with colleagues from various disciplines and develop a peer support structure for developing and deploying cyberinfrastructure at Clemson and around the state.
  • Leverage the emerging national technology infrastructure by sharing resource and project needs with partners at national cyberinfrastructure organizations.
