Cell Phone Stipend Program

• Analyzing data from Vendors and Clemson Procurement to gain full picture of campus spend
• Building various stipend scenarios and estimating potential cost savings for each
• Stipend recommendation slated to go for approval by the end of June 2009
• Potential Savings:  $400-750K

Campus Printing

• Currently looking at options for outsourcing lab and departmental printers, support, and supplies
• Looking for all solutions to provide quota system and release station capability
• Printing Survey issued and gained feedback from focus groups
• Looking to have open discussions w/ Vendors, followed by campus assessment
• Potential Savings: Pending

Personal Computing

• Implemented autmated sw delivery to all CCIT-owned lab machines
• Slated to implement automated sw delivery to CCIT-supported student laptops by end of August 09
• Slated to implement automated sw delivery to CCIT-supported faculty/staff laptops & desktops by December 09
• Potential Savings:  Pending
