
CCIT Customer Support Services (CSS) is responsible for Administration IT Support, CCIT Help Desk (Service Desk and Call Center) Application Support Administration, and Technical Support and Training. CSS is a part of a broader network of consultants across campus.
Customer Support Services (CSS) includes many of the responsibilities and missions of the former Client Support Group, although this is subject to change as CCIT continues to improve its services.
We are committed to meeting the computing needs for Clemson University. We typically provide desktop support services as well as a variety of other consulting needs.We work closely with other CCIT areas such as ETS, Network Services, LAN Support, NT Server Support, PC Repair, and Laptop Support.
