Laptop Support
Welcome to Clemson University laptop support. We are located in the CCIT Support Center in L2 University Union (beneath Harcombe Dining Hall - near the Post Office.) Laptop support is responsible for software support for all student laptops and can perform hardware diagnosis and repair for Lenovo, Dell and Apple laptops.
We are open 7:00 AM -10:00 PM Monday - Friday and noon - 10:00 PM Saturday - Sunday. If you have any questions, please email ithelp@clemson.edu or call the CCIT Helpdesk at 864.656.3494.
Downloading Music or Video Files
Clemson students have been cited by the RIAA for downloading copyrighted music or video material! Please take a look at the video on http://www.campusdownloading.com/dvd.htm Remember that it can cost you in many ways - including huge fines and a criminal record. One alternate solution is to create a free Clemson Ruckus account. Go to http://www.ruckus.com to create an account.
