Open your web browser and navigate to 'clemson.edu/emailforwarding'. You will need to log in with your Clemson user name and password.
Make sure, if you want to have email delivered to your g.clemson account, that both check boxes are checked.
Click on the orange link that says 'Reset my Google Apps password'.
Highlight and copy the temporary password that it gave you (it is case-sensitive and randomized), and go to 'gmail.com'
Login to 'gmail.com' using your username followed by '@g.clemson.edu'. and paste the password into the password space.
Now you need to change your temporary password to a permanent password that you can remember. Click the drop down arrow next to your user name in the upper right hand corner, then click 'Account'.
Click the 'Security' tab.
Click on 'Change password'.
Type your temporary password into the 'Current Password' field, and then make your new password.
*Note: Even though Google Apps and Clemson will use your same user name, the passwords are in no way linked. Changing your Google Apps password will not affect your Clemson password and vice versa.
Once you have entered a strong password, click on the "Change Password" button.
