The Technical Support Program is a group of network administrative and computer support staff sponsored by CCIT. The program is run by CCIT's Customer Support Services and seeks to enable its participants to address their IT needs. Since its original announcement in November 1996, the Technical Support Program has changed to better accomplish its mission to enable providers to better support their users. The program includes monthly meetings, vendor demonstrations, technical classes, and special access to software.
