CCIT Customer Support Services strives to provide documentation and instructions that pertain to computer related activities. These solutions guides might detail how to install and configure an application or give specific troubleshooting instructions to follow.
We have two different audiences for our solution guides. The public solution guides are available to the general public, inside and outside of Clemson University. Our most popular public guide is the Virus Primer, which details specifics about computer viruses and how to protect your computer against them.
Customer Support Services also provides a list of internal, Clemson University specific, solution guides. These guides might include specific information that is only given to current faculty, staff, or enrolled students of Clemson University.
