HOW TO: Create a manual column or remove a column in the Grade Center

To create a grade column:1. Login to Blackboard Learn at https://bb.clemson.edu and navigate to your course.2. From the Control Panel, click on the Grade Center. 3. Click Full Grade Center.4. On the Action bar, click Create Column.5. In the Column Name field, enter the name for the column.6. In the Grade Center Display Name field, enter the display name. Optional Note: The and39Grade Center Display Nameand39 appears as the column header in the Grade Center. 7. Select the other settings. Points Possible is a required field.8. Click the Submit button. To remove a grade column: 1. Login to Blackboard Learn at https://bb.clemson.edu and navigate to your course.2. From the Control Panel, click on the Grade Center.3. Click Full Grade Center.4. Click the dropdown list in the column header.5. Click Delete Column. CAUTION: You cannot undo the delete column action. NOTE: You can only delete columns from the Grade Center that were created in the Grade Center. If acolumn was automatically generated as part of an assignment or test, the item associated with thecolumn in the content area has to be removed first before the column can be deleted from the GradeCenter.
