ERROR: ECHO 360 - Server has not been defined

Option 1: Mac Open Echo 360 Personal Capture software. Click Go to My Recordings. Click the Echo Personal Capture Menu. Select Preferences. Click the Server tab. In the Hostname/IP address field enter echo.clemson.edu:8443 Select HTTPS for the Protocol. Then click Test Connection. Click OK. PC Open Echo 360 Personal Capture software. Click Go to My Recordings. Click the Tools menu. Select Options. Click the Server tab. In the Hostname/IP address field enter echo.clemson.edu:8443 Select HTTPS for the Protocol. Then click Test Connection. Click OK. Then click OK again. Option 2: 1. Open the Echo 360 Personal Capture software using the shortcut icon on the desktop. 2. Start a recording. Record one minute of something. 3. Stop the recording. 4. Click Publish in the recording window. If you get a window saying Server has not been defined click OK. 5. Quit Echo 360. 6. Go to the Control Panel and click on Programs and Features and uninstall Echo 360. 7. Go to the Windows Explorer in the task bar, click on the C: drive, and search Echo. 8. Delete the top Echo folders should have usernames attached to them. Do not delete the one that has the word themes in the naming structure.
