HOW TO: Get to the CCIT Support Center View The Full Article The CCIT Support Center has a helpdesk available for all students, faculty, staff and community members to come for IT assistance. We are located on the second floor of Cooper Library. Our hours of operation are posted at the following website including Special Hours at the bottom of the page: http://www.clemson.edu/ccit/helpsupport/supportcenter/hours.html Any laptops coming in for repair will need to have data backups performed before they can be dropped off. You will need to provide backup media, such as an external harddrive. Metered parking is available at Hendrix Student Center and in front of Tillman Hall for users without campus parking passes.
