

Welcome to Clemson University laptop support. We are located in the CCIT Support Center on the 2nd floor of the Cooper Library. Laptop support is responsible for software support for all student laptops and can perform hardware diagnosis and repair as an Authorized Service Center for Apple, Dell, Fujitsu, Lenovo and Toshiba laptops.
Note: "Netbooks" and "iPads" and other light-use portable computing devices are not a viable option as your primary laptop. Support for these devices is extremely limited and consists only of setting up the wireless configuration and installing anti-virus software as required.

Note: The recommended "high-end" Dell laptop model will not change for this year and is currently available for purchase online or at our on campus computer store.
Note: The new recommended "mainstream" Dell laptop model (Latitude E-6430) will not be available for purchase until after June 5th. Current model is available online or at our campus store. More information as it becomes available.
Note: The current recommended Fujitsu "Tablet PC" laptop model (LifeBook T-731) will not change for this year but will only be available for purchase online until June 5th. More information as it becomes available.
