Service Management Initiatives 

The Service Management Office provides standardized processes, documentation, resources and methodologies in the support and delivery of CCIT services and ensure they are aligned with the needs of campus.  The following links are available for additional information:

Service Catalog

The Service Catalog is a comprehensive portfolio of IT services that are provided to our customers. The catalog clearly defines service offerings and provides an essential medium for communication and coordination between CCIT and our customers by establishing and managing service level expectations. It is also used by CCIT to understand how our service offerings map to business needs. Our customers, as well as IT staff, can now use the Service Catalog to obtain additional information about specific services and submit requests for those services.
