NetReg is a web-based application which allows any user to add and delete their own network registrations. Network registration is being required for wireless connections and a growing number of wired connections on campus. Typically a new devices in those areas are redirected to a web page when they attempt an IP connection. You must enter in a user ID and password and click an accept button which confirms you have read and acceped the University's Network policy.

Users can also add or delete registrations for PDAs, printers, and other "screenless devices", which cannot open a web browser and register normally. Network Services develops and maintains the application (with System Integration Group).
