Technical Support Contacts

Contacts may be any interested employee (with a employee username) and are not required to provide a sponsor. To join the TSP program as a provider please click here for the TSP Membership Request Form.

All Contacts are required to take the TSP Core Courses once every two years. These courses are 60-90 minutes in length and centered around essential concepts such software licensing, campus IT policies and security, network basics, and distance education.

Since its inception in November 1996, Technical Support Program has changed to better accomplished its mission to enable users to better support themselves.
