The newest versions of Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE9) and Mozilla Firefox (Firefox 4) were recently released. These new browsers have not yet been certified as compatible with the CUBS PeopleSoft Financials and HR systems. Technical staff are working to gather compatibility information with Oracle and will provide updates about browser compatibility as soon they are available.

Be aware that if you upgrade to one of these new browsers, you will likely be unable to properly access the CUBS applications.  View the list of the currently supported browsers at the bottom of this page.

The 'CU Invoices View' only works using Internet Explorer.   Mozilla Firefox by default does not allow links with the "file://" protocol, as a security feature.  As a result Firefox will not display the link as expected.  We recommend using IE8.

Internet Explorer version 8 is certified to work with PeopleSoft HCM.

Internet Explorer version 9 & 10 is certified to work with PeopleSoft FSCM.

The CUBS Financials upgrade from PeopleSoft version 8.8 to 9.0 is complete.  Users may access the upgraded database through previously existing links, via the CUBS Financials homepage, or by clicking on the FPPRD link under "Quick Links" on the main page.

NOTE:  The Financial Forms link can be found Under Quick Links or under the "PeopleSoft Financials" page.  If you are off campus or not on the CU network, you will need to load VPN (from first before you click the 'CU Invoices View" link for network access before the link will work.   We recommend to use IE browser to use the 'CU Invoices View' link because the link may not work in Firefox. This link will open a new browser window.

  • HPPRD: Tuesday thru Saturday 12:00 a.m. - 3:45 a.m.,
    Sunday 12:00 a.m. - 2:00 a.m.
  • FPPRD: Tuesday thru Saturday 11:00 p.m. - 4:00 a.m.,
    Sunday 11:00 p.m. - 2:00 a.m.
