Tiger Tracks is the system used by CCIT for support and service requests. It handles Incident Reportings, Service Requests, Ticket Tracking and other services all in a single system.

To contact the CCIT Help Desk, you can either e-mail ITHELP@clemson.edu or call (864) 656-3494. We have locations in the CCIT Support Center (underneath Harcombe) and the Cooper Library (on level 5). Hours vary by location and time of the year.

The CCIT Help Desk services include assisting with software-related questions and problem reporting, helping with file transfers and networking, resetting passwords, accessing MyCLE resources, canceling computer sessions, helping with email, aiding in file conversion, and checking and removing software viruses. The Help Desk is also where you will find PC Repair.

The main Help Desk and Call Center are located in the CCIT Support Center in the Student Union underneath Harcombe. This is where OMR Scantrons are run. A satellite Help Desk on the fifth floor of the Cooper Library is available to assist students who are using the library lab computers or personal laptops.
