No. Clemson University has a campus wide license for Microsoft Office.
Can I download Microsoft® Publisher® 2007?
Students and Faculty can download either Microsoft® Office® 2003 or 2007 from the CCIT Software Installer website.
How do I use Microsoft® Publisher® 2007?
