Blackboard
Distance education courses developed and delivered through the Internet typically includes the use of Blackboard for course-specific materials, such as: syllabus, course notes, handouts, assignments, relevant links, discussion board, collaboration/chat feature, shared folders, group folders and other resources.
Support
If you need immediate support, submit a Request for Service.
- Select Request new service for the Service Type.
- Select Teaching and Learning Technologies - Course Management System(Blackboard).
- Then select General Questions for the type of Service Request.
- Enter additional information regarding your problem.
- Then click Submit Service Request.
In addition please review the Frequently Asked Questions support board. You can also click on the Blackboard FAQ tab within MyCLE to find answers to frequently asked questions.
