This is a Windows software installer.
You do not need Novell to run this.
BEFORE you install Novell, go to Control Panel, Users and make sure you have a user account name with no spaces or special characters. Put a simple password on that account with no spaces. And make sure you know both.
This installer should be used ON-CAMPUS only over a wired ethernet connection. This software installer is designed to load Clemson University applications on your computer. You must have a valid Clemson user name and password.
If you have antivirus software previously loaded on your computer, uninstall that antivirus software prior to installing Clemson's McAfee AntiVirus Enterprise software. If you are unsure how to do this, please contact ITHELP@clemson.edu.
Using the installer for Windows XP or Vista computers, you can install Office 2007, McAfee, Novell, Maple, Matlab, Data Studio, VPN, Spybot as well as other software needed at Clemson.
