University Long Distance Authorization Codes

University Authorization Codes are issued for employees needing to place long distance calls through the University's long distance facilities. Only long distance calls made for the purpose of conducting official business should be charged to the University's long distance authorization codes.

To obtain an authorization code, a written request should be submitted to CU Telecommunications.  Please email the request to: 
TelecomServices-L@clemson.edu.

If your code is lost, stolen, or discovered by another person, you should immediately notify CU Telecommunications at (864) 656-0616 or the University Police Department at (864) 656-2222.

Personal Long Distance Service

Faculty and Staff may sign up for Personal Long Distance Service through the TigerTel Office in the Hendrix Student Center. You will be issued an Authorization Code that will allow you to place personal long distance calls from any campus phone. Each month the detailed charges will be sent to your home address.
