Research Associate
As the ARTS program administrator, Mary promotes the use of scrap tire applications in South Carolina, answers requests for technical information on rubber applications and/or projects, and aids grant applicants in applying for project grants. In addition, she provides technical support to grant recipients and contractors involved in the demonstration projects, conducts all mix designs for ARTS demonstration projects, performs some on-site testing during construction, and monitors the completed projects.
