T3S Coordinator
Sandi is the Program Manager for the South Carolina Transportation Technology Transfer Service (T3S). Her responsibilities include overseeing the daily operations of the program, developing workshop schedules, and serving as a liaison to city, county, state and private agencies throughout the state as well as the primary contact with the program sponsor, SCDOT. Sandi also works with graduate students who assist with T3S daily activities such as database and web site management, the "Are We There Yet" newsletter, and the video/publication library.
