Managed the initial tenant improvement design and construction of leased facilities in various locations throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast.  The projects range from 5,000 to 80,000 square feet.

Maricopa County Facilities Management, 2012 – 2014, Senior Project Manager
Maricopa County, Clerk of the Court Renovation Project - Managed the Clerk of the Courts Renovation Project in Phoenix, Arizona, for the Facilities Management Department. The project included multiple phases for the demolition, abatement and renovation of 55,000 square feet of office and maintenance spaces that spanned across two connected 1960s and 1970s court buildings. 

Maricopa County, SWAT Vehicle Storage Facility, Senior Project Manager
Managed the construction phase of the new 41,000-square-foot vehicle storage facility for Maricopa County’s SWAT team.

Elevator Modernization Project (6 passenger elevators- Central Court Building) – managed the final design, bid and coordination process
Electrical Upgrade Project – East, Central and West Court Buildings – managed the design, bid process and construction coordination to upgrade the three aging buildings’ electrical system 
Jails Controls Upgrade – Two County Jails – managed design and bid process
MCDOT Storage Building and wash rack – managed the design and construction processes

Jacobs, Sep 2008 – June 2011
Miscellaneous Tunnel Projects, Worked as an inspector with a tunnel project team for repairs in five “walkable” utility tunnels containing steam and chilled water pipes associated with serving the heating and cooling requirements in various facilities. Provided inspection services for the concrete repair work, egress signage and egress infrastructure for tunnels.

Marine Corps Heritage Foundation, Various Projects
Semper Fidelis Memorial Park Pathways, Quantico/Triangle, VA - Construction manager of the preconstruction and construction services of the Semper Fidelis Memorial Park Pathways, which is 5,663 linear feet of trails, monuments, pedestrian bridge, and a series of communication and security features for future connections.  This project was funded with a combination of private funds, the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act and state grants.

Semper Fidelis Memorial Chapel, Quantico/Triangle, VA - Assistant construction manager of the preconstruction and construction services for the Semper Fidelis Memorial Chapel.  The $4.5 million Chapel is a small 1870 SF wood, glass and stone structure with a separate 406 SF Restroom Building located on a prominent hill overlooking the National Museum of the Marine Corps.

CMX, LLC,  May 2006 – June 2008
Tierra Del Rio, Joint Development Agreement, Peoria, AZ - Construction Manager for the new water system and sewer improvements.  Managed the construction of two new wells, well transmission mains, water distribution lines, a new water plant with a reservoir, approximately 4 miles of deep, large diameter sewer, and a new sewer lift station.

Lockwood Greene (CH2MHill currently Jacobs), Oct 2005 – May 2006
PACCAR – Kenmex, Mexicali, BC, Mexico - Temporary assignment as a project cost engineer. Responsible for the cost control of the $77.7 Million Kenmex facility expansion.  Duties included change management and executive reporting, invoicing, estimating and cost control for the client, PACCAR – Kenmex.

Department of Defense, United States Air FORCE, 2003 – 2005
35th Fighter Wing, 35th Mission Support Group, 35th Civil Engineering Squadron, Misawa AB, Japan  - Host Nation Funded Construction Office, Deputy Chief (Civilian) responsible for construction management/monitoring duties for the Japan Facilities Improvement construction projects worth over $233.2 million. Projects included six base-wide infrastructure projects, two maintenance fabrication facilities, airfield upgrades, including Taxiway Alpha 1 and South Ramp widening, and new family housing.
