Dr. Raza joined the ECE faculty in 2020. She received her PhD (ECE) in 2010 from Purdue University and BS (EE) in 2001 from the University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore, Pakistan.
Teaching
Dr. Raza’s teaching expertise includes Semiconductor Devices, Circuit Analysis, Microelectronics, and Electromagnetic Theory.
Research
Dr. Raza’s research interests span over Electronics, Spintronics, Nanoelectronics, NanoEducation, and Semiconductor Devices. During her PhD she worked on developing NEGF based tight-binding models for transport through magnetic heterostructures.
