Kalyan C. Katuri joined the Mechanical Engineering Department as a Postdoctoral Researcher in August 2012 and became a Lecturer in the Department in August 2013. Dr. Katuri is a recipient of James and Jill Allbritton Faculty fellowship at Clemson University in 2013. Dr. Katuri is a member of ASME and IEEE Engineering in Medicine and Biology Society and served as a reviewer for IEEE Sensor Journal.

Research Interests

Bio-Inspired microsystems engineering, wireless passive sensing, bio-implantable sensor design, microfluidic microsystems for cell-biological applications, integrative micro-manufacturing techniques and soft robotics.
